So, you’re elevated and have a serious case of the munchies, which you might not be prepared for. But, don’t panic – we’ve got you sorted with these seven quick and easy recipes that will hit the spot.
1. Chocolate Dip
You don’t need to wait for a romantic picnic to have chocolate dip since it’s not only simple to make, but it can also be used as a dip for almost any food!
It’s as easy as melting your favorite chocolate bar in the microwave at 30-second intervals until the desired consistency is reached. Although, the real secret to making good chocolate dip is adding a bit of vegetable oil to prevent the chocolate bar from drying out.
Really, all you’ll need is a good supply of cheese and tortillas to assemble your own version of this classic. To make the chips, just cut up your tortillas into, well, chips, and oven bake until crispy. Then, add the cheese and eat.
3. Frozen Banana Ice Cream
Did you know you can make your own ice cream? Yes. It’s easy, too, as you don’t need any specialized equipment to do so. All you need to do is blend some frozen bananas and you’ll have your own vegan ice cream.
4. Gourmet Ramen
Gourmet? You bet. Just pick up a package of ramen at the 7-Eleven, put it in a pot of boiling water, add an egg, some veggies and any other protein you want, which makes for a gourmet snack that will definitely hit the spot.
If you’ve got the tortilla and cheese on hand, then you’ve got all the ingredients you need to make a mean microwaved quesadilla, saving a trip to Taco Bell.
Of course, not everyone wants nachos or chocolate dip, as some are watching their weight or just feel like something light. Lucky for them, there’s nothing quite as easy as a salad, which only requires any stray vegetables or fruit that you have on hand.
7. PB & J
No matter how quickly you make it, this is one snack that will always taste good, as you’ll know. Now, go grab the bread!
