Heaven in the glass by @eat_to_be.slim 💙 Recipe: • 400g coconut yoghurt • 8 tbl spoon puffed buckwheat • 1 tea spoon Blue Majik powder • 1 tea spoon pink Dragon fruit powder • 3-4 tbl spoon xylitol • 1/2 avocado Mix half of the yoghurt with BlueMajic powder and 2nd half with pink Dragon fruit powder. Put the blue yoghurt portion into the glass, cover with puffed buckwheat, afterwards insert the pink portion of the yoghurt. Top it again with puffed buckwheat, decorate with avocado slices. For colour diversity you may also scatter some colour powder between the yoghurt layers. Enjoy! #letscookvegan
