The munchies make your appetite go from 0 to 100 ever since you lit your first joint. It hits you like a ton of bricks. After awhile, reaching for that same bag of Lays potato chips just doesn’t cut it. For this reason, we are continuing to bring you weekly munchies for inspiration. And since it’s yet another week, here are the ten best munchies from Instagram.

1. Peanut butter and jelly

This isn’t your average PB&J. Unlike the ones your mom once made you or still does, this baby is completely covered in grape jam. With just one bite, you’ll have a mouth full of peanut butter and jelly goodness.

2. Cookies and cream waffles


Who says breakfast has to be boring? Just look at these cookies and cream waffles. After your morning wake and bake, this delight will be more than enough to satisfy your cravings.

3. Toulon flatbread


This flatbread comes with a variety of tasty ingredients: egg, red onion, sausage, sliced potato, rosemary stracciatella, and ‘nduja. Also, there’s duck involved, which is surprisingly one of the tastiest meats ever. 

4. Shrimp pasta

If you love Olive Garden, then you’ll need to order this dish the next time you go there for lunch or dinner. It’s called shrimp scampi, and it’s to die for, to say the least.

5. Wai-Wai Bhel


Believe it or not, these are instant noodles. If you want a quick and tasty meal, just boil some noodles, add some veggies, and some sauce. They may not be the healthiest snack, but they’ll make your munchies vanish in a jiffy.

6. Double chili cheese toast


Toast is delicious. Chili cheese is delicious. Therefore, it only makes sense to combine the two. Just look at that cheese melting down the side. Yum!

7. Heaven in a glass


Next time you get the munchies, you’ll want to make this beautiful treat. Not only is it vegan, but it’s also easy to prepare. Here is the recipe,

Ingredients:

  • 400g coconut yogurt
  • 8 Tbl spoon puffed buckwheat
  • One teaspoon Blue Majik powder
  • One teaspoon pink Dragon fruit powder
  • 3-4 Tbl spoon xylitol
  • 1/2 avocado

The steps:

  1. Mix half of the yogurt with BlueMajic powder and  2nd half with pink Dragon fruit powder.
  2. Put the blue yogurt portion into the glass, cover with puffed buckwheat, then insert the pink part of the yogurt.
  3. Top it again with puffed buckwheat, decorate with avocado slices.
  4. For color diversity, scatter some color powder between the yogurt layers.

8. Cookie dough


Which one would you eat first? The sprinkles one looks way too good to pass up.
