We all know how delicious they are, but just think, we used cannabis in our recipes, which means anything that was good before is going to be great. Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 8-10 minutes

Serving size: 1 sandwich

Yield: 2 sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Cannabutter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices crusty bread
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • 4 slices Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How-to

  1. In a small bowl, combine the butter, cannabutter, and Dijon. Spread the mixture on all 8 slices of the bread.
  2. Layer 1 slice of cheddar and 1 of Gruyère on the unbuttered side of 4 of the slices.
  3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Cook all 8 slices until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts.
  5. Pair top and bottom halves to make sandwiches, cut in half, and serve warm.

The Ultimate Gooey Grilled Cheese

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 8-10 minutes

Serving size: 1 sandwich

Yield: 2 sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons MagicalButter, melted
  • 4 slices multigrain country bread, with crusts removed
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 6-8 ounces Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 6-8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • Garlic salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How-to

  1. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the cream cheese and melted MagicalButter until smooth, creamy, and of a uniform color.
  2. Spread cream cheese mix on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Add the other cheeses atop the spread, and press lightly to adhere; then carefully pair two bread slices together, forming a cheese sandwich.
  4. Repeat Steps 2-4 with the remaining bread and cheeses.
  5. Butter both outsides of the 2 sandwiches. Sprinkle on the garlic salt and pepper if desired.
  6. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  7. Cook each side of the sandwiches until a golden brown color emerges, and the cheese is melted. Let them relax for 2 minutes, and enjoy!
