This informative, fast-paced clip does an excellent job summarizing a recent study — partially funded by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) no less, an entity historically renowned for its opposition to recreational marijuana — which found greater marital success by couples who both smoke weed.

There are a lot of poignant details: frequency of consumption, timeline of the study, and factors to consider when drawing conclusions from the findings. But one thing is for sure: the hippie stereotype that marijuana increases the peace may just be a truth.

And we’re pretty ecstatic about that.
