The holiday season comes with promises of love, presents, and a lot of family time. So, in order to keep your sanity while your relatives are in town, here’s a list of 420-friendly shows you can binge watch this ‘holidaze’ season.

1. Deadbeat

This Hulu original has gone from semi-stoner to full-out BONG PONG. Seriously, there was a recent episode where the the main character played bong pong with Kal Penn, the infamous actor who played Kumar in those White Castle movies.

The show fully embraces the stoner stereotype as the main character, a medium, clumsily assists ghosts complete their unfinished business and ‘cross over’ to the other side.

2. Broad City

A cult comedy for many of its fans, Ilana and Abbi are unstoppable twenty-something’s that keep getting themselves in – and out – of trouble in this Comedy Central series.

The show marks the rise of the causal female stoner and is a huge hit among the cannabis crowd.

3. High Maintenance

This HBO series follows the outstanding adventures of an illegal cannabis dealer in the New York metro area. It’s the stressed-out New Yorkers that make up most if his client base.

Each episode is like a mini-movie, with interweaving story lines and reoccurring characters.

4. Bored to Death

The three seasons of Bored to Death on HBO have stood the test of time. The stoner series follows Jason Schwartzman as he plays an unqualified gumshoe detective on a mission to help solve some mysteries.

Unfortunately, the series was canceled after only three seasons, but there’s hope that it will be resurrected one day.

5. Girls

Lena Dunham creates a real-life TV-drama in her HBO series, Girls. Sometime a little dramatic, other times a little too real. The series follows a group of young girlfriends trying to make sense of their so-called lives in the Big Apple.

A mashup of drugs, work trouble, and relationships make this scripted show come to life.

6. Workaholics

Sad news for Workaholic fans, as the show recently announced the end to it lengthy run. The smoketastic adventures of the three young cubicle workers debuted in 2011. Blake, Anders, and Adam bring to life the story of three amigos who work together – and party together.

The epic ‘drug test‘ episode about how the guys figure out how to pass a drug test at work is a classic. Spoiler alert: See video above for test results.

7. Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party

The King of Kush and the Queen of Cuisine are elevating one another’s cooking game in this VH1 reality cooking show. For Thanksgiving, they invited 2 Chainz, as a special guest. The rapper delivered an “herb”-infused pie, and Snoop whipped up a baked ham with a special “blaze”, instead of the traditional glaze.

Martha added her tricks of the trade when it comes to roasting the perfect turkey in the oven. The unlikely duo have been renewed for a second season.

8. Mary + Jane

Delivering a more mainstream view on cannabis use, the show Mary + Jane on MTV brings together two white females, a blonde and a brunette, who illegally sell cannabis in LA. The lack of controversy surrounding this new show perhaps exemplifies how ‘normal’ cannabis is nowadays.

This fun, lighthearted show about cannabis is safe to watch with loved ones who are down with the green.
