Where Is HHC Legal?

The rising new cannabinoid. Created with Binoid.

With advancements in technology, can you really be surprised to learn of a new cannabinoid? HHC was discovered in the mid-70s but because of the more mild psychoactive effects, it wasn’t very popular.

In today’s world, cannabis is increasing in popularity, and therefore, more research is being conducted.

Let’s dive into what this slightly newer cannabinoid is all about.

What is HHC?

Hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) is a hydrogenated derivative of THC. It is a naturally occurring phytocannabinoid that has rarely been identified as a trace component in cannabis Sativa, but can also be produced synthetically by hydrogenation of cannabis extracts.

HHC is a hydrogenated compound that binds to different receptors than regular Hemp cannabinoids such as Delta 8. A perk of hydrogenation is that it gives stability at the molecular level.

HHC is a cannabinoid that is naturally found in the seeds and pollen of hemp. While it may have similar effects, it is a non-synthetic cannabinoid. Which makes it a perfectly federally legal hemp extraction.

Effects of HHC

HHC effects are very much similar to THC, but HHC does have differences. Some people claim it gives them the same euphoric feeling, pain-fighting, and anti-nausea/vomiting effects that THC does. Some just enjoy the buzz.

HHC Side Effects

Taking too much HHC, like any psychoactive compound, can cause intense side effects. Again, because the compound is strong we suggest starting with smaller doses and gradually working your way up to your own comfort level.

There is a strong mental and physical experience that may last for 1-2 hours and can include dry mouth and a slight headache. Everyone is different so the effect will hit differently depending on the dose.

Why is HHC Different?

HHC has been shown to have an extremely high binding affinity for CB1 and CB2 receptors. HHC products can be a game-changer thanks to the role they play in bioavailability.

They efficiently attach themselves to cannabinoid receptors in the body which allows for a potent chemical reaction.

Other cannabinoids also bind to the CB receptors, but some just bind a little better and are stronger.

Is HHC Legal?

Yes, it is. Since HHC is not only a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in hemp, it’s not a THC type like other cannabinoids. This means that HHC vapes, gummies, or edibles are perfectly legal on the federal level and will most likely remain legal on the state level as well.

Where Can I Buy HHC?

HHC is another new cannabinoid that has been just released in new cannabis products. Anything from HHC vape cartridges and HHC disposable vapes now exists on the open market and is quickly becoming a popular product category.

Binoid has released an amazing line of HHC vapes that are taking the world by storm.

Currently, you can buy HHC products from trusted online brands such as Binoid. They have brand new HHC vapes that come in 4 amazing strains and you can get them right on their website for an amazing price.

Binoid HHC Vape Carts

Binoid HHC vapes strains include Sunset Sherbert (indica), Hawaiian Sunrise (sativa), Cali Gold (hybrid), Lucid Blue (sativa) 1 gram vape cartridges.

As of now, the only real HHC products on the market are Binoid’s new HHC vapes. They use 94% HHC distillate and are produced with hydrogenated cannabinoids.

However, given the buzz around HHC, we anticipate that this will become a trend throughout the hemp industry in the future.
