Fad dieting is proof enough that we’re all lost, searching for the illusory truth to healthy consumption. Partly because of and partly creating these diets, are the all-too prevalent health food misconceptions outlined in this video.
For example, dark break is not necessarily better for you than white bread. Oh, and the raw food hullabaloo? A matter of enzymes — potentially harder on your digestion. Someone help us.
