These cannabis-infused pizza bites are next level
Dank dank munchies.
Sometimes you just want pizza in the mornings, pizza in the evenings, or pizza at suppertime (sorry). Luckily, bite-sized pizza snacks aren’t difficult to cook—and it’s just as simple to make them into medicated munchies.
All it takes is 28 ounces of stewed tomatoes poured into a Magical Butter pressure cooker along with six ounces of tomato paste. Stir in a half cup of cannabis-infused olive oil, a half-cup of macerated caramelized onions, and two tablespoons of minced garlic. Then put in a half-cup of basil, a tablespoon of sugar, a teaspoon of oregano, one teaspoon of onion powder, and a tablespoon each of salt and an Italian herb mix. Top off the mix with a teaspoon of garlic powder and set the cooker to “blend.”
In a separate bowl, mix two cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and a half-cup of pecorino romano with a half-pound of cooked ground beef, a half-pound of Italian sausage, and half a cup of diced pepperoni. Stir in the pizza sauce and mix well.
Spoon a bit of the mixture onto a wonton wrapper (you’ll need about a full package), making sure not to overfill. Cinch the edges of the wrapper together and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes. And there you are—pizza bites ready for dank dipping!
