The very first time you smoked weed will always be remembered, but it’s best to make sure it’s a good memory. If you’re a seasoned smoker of weed, you might remember one or two of these things. But, if you’re a first-timer, well, take note.
1. You get too high
If your first experience was shared with friends who smoke regularly, well, it’s no wonder you got a little more than you probably needed.
2. You eat way too much
When it comes to getting too high, well, it is normally due to consuming the wrong dose of edibles. Proceed with caution and read the recommended dosage.
3. You might want to start small
So, if it’s your first time, it’s always best to take it easy. That’s ‘cause, if you take too big of a hit, you’ll be coughing. Test your limits.
4. You don’t get high
Don’t fret. Just because you didn’t feel high the first time you smoked weed it doesn’t mean your cannabinoid receptors aren’t working, ‘cause, really, most first-time smokers don’t feel it.
5. You toke the wrong end
It really does suck to suck from the wrong end of a joint, especially if it is lit. So, just don’t do it. The only time you put a joint in the wrong way is if you’re shotgunning it.
6. You start acting weird
Remember, it’s not uncommon for people to start acting weird when they’re a bit too high, so don’t feel too bad if you start to do just that.
7. You don’t want to go outside
For some people, the last thing you might not want to do is be in public after smoking weed, which is why it’s best to play it safe and smoke somewhere you’re comfortable and get used to being elevated. After all, it’s meant to be relaxing and not stressful.
