How To Make A Magical Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Raspberries are delicious and bursting with powerful anti-cancer properties. Use this infused Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette to make everything delicious.
Raspberries! One of the world’s favorite fruits, and with good reason. Tart, sweet, flavorful, and such an awesome texture. They combine well with so many different types of dishes, from raspberry demi-glaze for lamb, to a raspberry chipotle mignonette to accompany fresh oysters, to a traditional raspberry compote for enriching a New York cheesecake…or my favorite, Magical Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette!
Red raspberries contain strong antioxidants, quercetin and gallic acid, that fight cancer, heart and circulatory disease, and age-related decline. They are also very high in ellagic acid, a known cancer inhibitive antioxidant that kills cancer cells and stops tumor growth.
Raspberries are well known as a delicious fruit high in fiber and antioxidants that assist in healthy weight loss, but many consumers are unaware of the berries’ powerful anti-cancer properties.

Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cycle time: 10 minutes
Serving size: 2-3 tablespoons/30-45 ml
Yield: About 3 cups/710 ml
½ cup/120 ml Magical Italian Olive Oil (Lemon Kush infused)
1 cup/240 ml fresh raspberries
⅔ cup/160 ml balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon/15 ml organic cane sugar
1 tablespoon/ 15 ml orange blossom honey
1 teaspoon/5 ml pink Himalayan salt
½ teaspoon/ 2½ ml ground black pepper
½ shallot, chopped
Place all the ingredients inside your MagicalButter machine, and secure the lid.
Select the Clean cycle. Run it 2-3 times, pour into a glass cruet, and you’re ready to enjoy this light, refreshing, “magical” Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette!
