This infused smoothie is high in essential nutrients, and the addition of avocado (also healthy) makes it smooth and creamy.
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup packed fresh spinach 1⁄2 cup packed fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons agave nectar
2 teaspoons canna-coconut oil
- Put the avocados in a blender along with the water and lemon juice. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Divide the smoothie between 2 glasses.
