As the Agency Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of the revenue organization — connecting Sales, CSM, Tech, and Finance to ensure a smooth, predictable, and scalable operation across the entire client lifecycle. You’ll lead internal processes, systems, and cross-department workflows that impact onboarding, campaign execution, performance reporting, renewals, and upsells. You’ll tighten accountability, eliminate inefficiencies, and build the frameworks that enable our teams to operate with clarity and consistency. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll translate business goals into scalable processes, ensure operational discipline, create reporting visibility, and help build the infrastructure needed for Herb’s next stage of growth.
