Founded by Seth Marks, a Rockland County native with over 30 years of experience as a local business owner in Nyack, NY, Treehouse Cannabis embodies the spirit of local entrepreneurship and community leadership. Seth, serving as the Owner and CEO, brings his extensive business acumen and passion for the community to the forefront of our operations. His wife, Nicole, steps in as our Chief Operating Officer, leveraging her years of corporate leadership experience to oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and administrative functions.

The next generation of the family also plays crucial roles in our business. Ricky, Seth and Nicole’s son, brings over a decade of software engineering expertise to his position as Chief Technology Officer. He oversees all technology infrastructure, including the website, POS systems, data organization, and numerous other administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience both online and in-store. Their daughter, Ambyr, contributes her skills as a driver and budtender, bringing her talent for customer service to enhance the client experience at every touchpoint. Their other son Jesse, is leading the marketing charge with experience working with some of the biggest artists & brands in the world.

Our inventory includes flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vaporizers, concentrates, topicals, and tinctures. We also carry an extensive selection of accessories, including grinders, rolling papers, rolling trays, stash bags, bowls, and bongs. We’re committed to supporting local agriculture, sourcing our cannabis exclusively from New York farms, thus ensuring freshness and contributing to our state’s economy.

We understand the importance of convenience and accessibility. That’s why we offer flexible ordering options to suit your needs: both scheduled and ASAP orders for pickup and delivery. Our delivery service area covers all of Rockland County, most of Westchester, and parts of Orange County, bringing our products directly to your doorstep.

Treehouse Cannabis is open seven days a week to serve you, with extended hours on weekends:

• Monday to Thursday: 10am – 9pm

• Friday to Saturday: 10am – 10pm

• Sunday: 11pm – 7pm
