Total game changer
We've had an absolutely fantastic experience with both the machine and the customer service. The King Kone has been a revolution to our retail operation - people love prerolls and this machine makes creating quality ones a pretty easy task! The entire help team has been incredible as well. Couldn't recommend this enough.

Great Machine and Customer Service
Customer service is great at Custom Cones USA and this machine is even better. The versatility is very nice and it is easy to upgrade. It is very durable too with it's metal housing. The great service and machine have us planning on buying more attachments to expand our rolling area. 5 stars for sure!
King Kone Review
Big fan of the King Kone pre-roll machine. This device does a great job maintaining consistent pre roll density and guarantees a firm core near the crutch. With other pre roll machines we have had issues with the pre roll drooping near the filter, but not with the King Kone. Overall we are very satisfied with this product.

Cons:
Machine vibrations are loud and distracting
There isn’t a shake dispenser tool so you have to manually disperse the shake into the machine. This causes inconsistencies in pre roll weight and requires a Quality Control check to make sure pre rolls are the correct weight.
Industrial cone packing machine
This thing looks small, but packs the cones way better than a bigger machine. A buddy of mine got suckered into the Rocketbox, essentially a 25k knockbox, and has been kicking himself after visiting our new op. Looked into all the cone machines - you can't go wrong here!
