Best sleep in years!
I was looking for something to help with my chronic insomnia and this was magic. Best sleep I've had in years. I do have to take a full gummy so wish it was cheaper but I'd pay for a good night sleep!

Effective Nighttime Sleep Support
I take a 1/2 of one of these about two hours before bedtime, and they work well. I've tried many similar products, and these have been pretty good so far. They help me to stay asleep. I don't wake up nearly as often throughout the night.
