Getting to sleep and staying asleep.
I have found this product to be helpful in helping achieve rest at night. I have tried a combo also using a soft gel or relax gummie, but other times I do not need to try anything besides the Sleepy Zs/

I usually take one 30 minutes before bed. Does a great job of relaxing me enough to fall asleep quickly. The taste is odd, but you get used to it after a couple of times. Highly recommend!
