Better Than Melatonin

Really Works!

Great For Getting A Good Night's Sleep
The product works great for sleep. As the instructions state, it takes a couple of hours to take effect, but it does help me sleep through most of the night without having to depend on Ambien, If I do get up in the middle of the night, I am somewhat groggy though.
