• No onward sharing. The City states that study data are not passed to other bodies under the study’s data-protection procedures.

• Swiss data-protection law applies. Switzerland maintains its own federal data-protection regime.

Switzerland’s 1% THC threshold is higher than the 0.3% standard used in the EU and United States, which supports a substantial low-THC market. The legal picture is more layered than “under 1% equals legal.”

• Outside the Narcotics Act, not outside regulation. • Reading claims about health benefits? Early observations are encouraging on public order and self-reported well-being, and researchers are explicit that the evidence is not yet strong enough for causal conclusions.
