You know, there are probably few feelings as magical as kicking back after a long day, bundling up, and watching a good movie.

We know what you’re thinking: “A kid’s movie? Seriously?”. Well, yeah, and brace yourself, because that’s the overall theme for this list. 

There’s nothing quite like the bright, shiny cars talking and driving along the highway to Radiator Springs to give you a lightweight feeling, leaving you with a happy ending to send you off to deep sleep.

Sure, we could recommend many more Pixar and Disney films to watch, but some might be a little too emotional and we don’t want to derail our enjoyment too far.

Cars is a safe and random enough experience to give you a couple of laughs paired with the fast-paced plotline of racing star Lightning McQueen.

Ah, it’d be a shame not to mention this fantastically random movie to watch while under the influence of THC.

We’d give you bonus points if you watch the one where they go off to Spooky Island: between the music, the dazzling outfits and creepy monsters led by a small, talking dog (spoiler alert?), this movie is bound to take you to another level. 

Plus, if we’re being honest, nothing like recognizing the hidden mentions and jokes of marihuana that Shaggy and Scooby share.

You might even go for a Scooby Snack as a munchy treat!

This is an oldie but goody movie, funny whether you’re high or not. The plot might seem simple if we describe it as is, so for this one we think it’s better if you experience it for yourself.

Once the Delta 8 kicks in you can press play and watch one of the funniest films from the ’80s, but be warned that it does represent some of the old-fashioned humoristic mentions that aren’t as politically correct today.

But if you can set that aside for an hour and 45 minutes to watch this movie, then we promise you won’t regret it. 

This Marvel film is probably one of the funniest, and easiest to watch, before it all goes up in dust (literally) in the next Avengers films.

Directed by Taika Waititi, the third installment to the God of Thunder films is both visually insane and it has great humor points settled into the script, as well as exciting en ough action scenes to keep you watching until the after-credits scene. 

Anything with Jeff Goldblum in it is sure to give you a heightened high. 

This Keanu Reeve movie, unlike The Matrix or John Wick, lacks all of the intense action and philosophical dealings of these movies; instead, you’re left with two best friends trying to find their way through space and time, by being… Well, dorks.

This movie is family friendly enough that nothing too explicit might send you off the rails, keeping the humor light and sweet without being too childish.
