Mysterious holes appeared too quickly on the first of 6 bags; had to twist and tie off the top to prevent leaking.

We have used our volcano with the old system of make your own bags. Recently we ordered the disposable type and we LOVE them. The mouth piece is easier to use and no more making bags. Service is fantastic.

No problems with the Easy-Valve Replacement Set (o-rings, clips, etc.), but a tiny little packet was mailed and $8.00 was charged for shipping. C'mon Storz Bickel, that's just highway robbery! No need to gouge your consumers, just charge a fair price for shipping and handling.

The balloons are very easy to use and have a good durability. I find the price performance ratio is adequate.
