Tried several over the counter sleep remedies without too much success. I’ve been using this product for several weeks now and it does seems to be working. I feel more relaxed and fall asleep faster. If you are having problems falling asleep I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

Taste is good, feel does help me some, but I’ve had insomnia for years, to date I haven’t found something all natural to help 100%. Will use until I find something else that may work better.

I usually only take half and, combined with a Relax Bear I fall asleep quite quickly. I believe the flavoring has changed a bit but it's not awful-the point is that it's effective.

The Sleepy Zs gummies work fine to help you sleep, however the look and taste are not my favorite.
