They might not taste that great and have a strange consistency however their ability to promote quality sleep. I wake up rested and feel like I had an uninterrupted night. And that’s all you can ask for when it comes to sleep.

After trying other products, the taste and effects of this product are far superior. A full night's sleep and ease to fall back asleep quickly if I must get up during the night have far improved. I feel much more rested and energized to start the day upon waking each morning.

I've found these gummies have been helpful in relaxing at nighttime and haven't felt much drowsiness either which is ideal for me personally. The taste though is not as appealing as I would have hoped. A bit of a medicinal taste i've found. Prefer the taste more so of the Relax Bears (10mg) gummies over these.
