I used these most nights to get a perfect nights sleep however something has now changed in the formula whereby one gummie does not have the same affect anymore. 2 gummies, as the instructions now read, is the suggested dosage. Also, $10 for FedEx delivery as was before was understandable for the best possible delivery service. Now being delivered Formulary change + delivery method change

Great way to fall asleep at night!!

I have endured 8 back surgeries in the past 10 years. I cannot take prescription sleep aids because of side effects and I rarely got more than 2 hours of sleep a night without waking up with pain. That changed. I tried everything I could find to help me rest and sleep, including other brands of CBD products, with no results. I gave 4 stars because I just got this yesterday. I got almost 7 hours sleep, using 1 gummy. That is so welcome as typically I get only 3 to 4 hours . I wouldn't say it was deep sleep but I feel good. No ill effects. This is my first time using a CBD or CBN. It also has melatonin which I have used in liquid form for several years. I really like these. Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, and these almost always help. I’d much rather take these than some kind of prescription pills. I’ll definitely keep ordering them as long as I need them, and I think the price is pretty reasonable.
