They work they had a bad taste before but they made a few changes to flavor and for some reason this put me to sleep fast and I usually need a strong dose but with 2 of these every night am good

Usually I’m feeling it 15mins after chewing on the gummy. In my experience, they leave an aftertaste. Not a big deal, plus you can always try the capsule version, equally effective, if that’s a concern.

I am getting a full night of sleep. I am able to go to bed a lot quicker when I lay down to sleep. I am glad I made the decision to try these gummies. The taste is really good as well.

Works great for sleep

Well, never going to get these again. They are fairly disgusting to eat, with a slimy gelatin mouthfeel and unpleasant flavor They were out of the gummy bears, so I thought I'd give these a try. I won't make that mistake again. I don't know if they worked to be honest. Melatonin doesn't really help me stay asleep, so I was up 5 or 6 times Not for me, might be for you

1 or 2 knocks me out before bed. Very restful sleep too. Highly recommend.
