Love these gummies! They are on my nightstand so they are at the ready for me. Seriously works. I was taking an allergy med to help put me to sleep which I didn’t like having to do, but with the Sleepy Z, game changer! Got rid of the over the counter pink pill!!

Just started using. Cannot give a irate review yet.

The gummed were way to strong. I attempted to take for help with my sleep and woke up an hour later bouncing off the walls. Could not calm my nerves or fall back asleep for the rest of the night.
