Those really will work for you
I really like the taste, it is a bit like glycerin but not bad at all. I have to warn you that those things work, so unless you want 12 hours of sleep do not take them. I made the mistake of taking them at midnight and it was a bad idea going to work at 8am. I think I will start cutting them in half this way you get even more for your money.
