I will never take Tylenol PM or sleep aids ever again!
I take one of these every night before bed! I prefer the flavor of the relax gummy bears but the night gummies also have a little melatonin to help you sleep better. Give these a try if you struggle to sleep and stay asleep! I will never ever take Tylenol pM again!!

I LOVE these gummies! I have never been a fan of nelatonin bc I tried it before and got sleepy during the day instead of the night.
