Sleepy Zs Gummies are more like jellies they are very soft and easy to chew. if you are concerned about eating hard sticky gummies, these are not hard to chew. The melatonin combined with CBD do a great job letting me get to sleep and keeping me from waking up so often.

This is my second purchase of these gummies. This is a great product and would recommend to anyone who has trouble falling asleep at night. The CBD dosage makes you feel relaxed and just enough melatonin to help you fall asleep and stay asleep!

I felt good when trying these gummies out to help me sleep 💤. I come to find out that depending on your weight you might be better off taking 2 at a time rather than one. I weight 200 pounds, and when I only took one at least for me it didn't help me much, however, when I started taking 2 it made a big difference an I was able to sleep very well. Take this 30 minutes before bed and I am ready to sleep! Usually toss and turn all night, but have noticed I’m getting better sleep taking this.

A bit strong but good for a full nights rest. I cut the dose in half and have been sleeping well for 2 weeks now. I have energy in the morning to work, tend to kids, even fitted gym time back in my busy schedule. So yes this product is great. The first night I took the full dose and found it too strong and had a foggy head in the morning but Half Good for full nights sleep

I take the Relax Bears during the day, but started using Sleepy Zs at night so I didn't go through the Bears as quickly. I'm so glad I gave Sleepy Zs a try. I fall asleep gently and fast, and according to my sleep-tracker, get a deeper sleep. No grogginess in the morning, either. Thanks again, Green Roads.
