I know everyone is different but other gummies usually would give me a headache and insomnia and I would wake up feeling like garbage. Was happy to know that these gummies were indica strain. The flavor of this is really good. I started with half a gummy and I really liked the effect. And then when I was ready to sleep, I took the other half and I knocked out pretty quickly.

Great product! I am finding out that each one of Lumi’s products affect everyone differently. These are very helpful for me to go to sleep and have good quality sleep!
