This is my first time using the Lumi gummies and I’m impressed! They make little activities more fun like going to get dinner, going to an art museum, etc. I’d say it’s a good amount of happy, calm, and sleepy

I really like them. I gave up alcohol last year for medical reasons and it's been nice to take one of these now and then to relax in the bath or at bedtime. I'm giving them as gifts this year as well.
