Half a gummy
I've been taking the H.A.L.O. gummies for over week now and man do these bad boys work. I take them to help with depression, anxiety, and nerve pain. I started out on the first day with half of one but didn't really feel the effects after an hour so I took the other half. That was a mistake. 30 minutes

I’m just gonna say DO NOT take a full gummy the first time. Dear god I’ve never been so high, and I’ve lived in Colorado. It starts slow, but it will creep up on you without you noticing. But all things aside, it does take away all the pain, stress, and anxiety!
