With a mix of scenic spots and local hangouts, we’re taking South Jersey for a spin to see what its weed scene is like. And don’t fret. We’ve also included some local food favorites to satisfy those munchies.

So, what does a perfect day in South Jersey look like? Start by visiting one of the local dispensaries to pick up some pre-rolls—and let’s hit the town. Keep reading to see how we spent our weed-friendly day in the south of New Jersey.

With an impressive 5-star Google rating, we had to stop by Indigo Dispensary and see what the hype is about. Located at 302 Crescent Blvd, Brooklawn, this cash-only dispensary is absolutely stocked.

We’re talking about popular brands like North Lake Supply, offering fan favorites like the 7g Flower 10-Pk Pre-Rolls. We’d suggest snagging these sun-grown cannabis joints if you’re hitting up South Jersey with the crew. Parking is $10, but you get to stroll the grounds along the docs and feast your eyes on the beautiful skyline. It’s a dog-friendly park, so feel free to bring your four-legged friend. Located at 2 Riverside Dr., Wiggins Waterfront Park also hosts a ton of free concerts throughout the summertime. But there aren’t any public toilets, so keep that in mind.

Some would argue that New Jersey does pizza better than New York. Why not try New York-style pizza during your day in South Jersey? Sitting at 120 N 3rd Steet, A Little Slice Of New York is a classic local pizza joint serving up the soul food you need after a session.

Their pizza is the star, but they also offer strombolis, calzones, chicken wings, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pasta, and more. It’s a quaint spot to satisfy those cravings before our next activity.

Care for a little fun with the fish? Grab tickets for Adventure Aquarium and treat yourself to a truly fascinating visual experience (amplified x10 after another hit of your joint). This massive aquarium, located at 1 Riverside Dr, is just down the street from Wiggins Waterfront Park and makes for an excellent addition to your day’s activities.

It has a 3D theater for interactive shows, and the collection of marine life is impressive. They even have hippos, stingrays, and an underwater shark tunnel. If your high mind can handle it, definitely give it a shot.

Last but certainly not least, you need something to hush that noisy sweet tooth. We went local with one of the top-rated dessert spots in South Jersey. Located at 211 W Clinton Avenue, The Puddin Palace is an adorable little spot serving up the sweetest pudding concoctions in town.

Their signature pudding flavors include strawberry, banana, cookies, birthday cake, red velvet, and tons more. You can also opt for fried sweets like apple pie eggrolls, peach cobbler egg rolls, funnel cake, and more. Or choose the BYOB option (build your own bowl). The customer service is excellent, and the overall vibe is the perfect way to kick back after a long day.
