In this YouTube video, Blunteeezy showcases the art of making a percolator bong. This temporary plastic bong includes tons of percolation to make your hits as smooth as possible. Considering this piece is made primarily out of plastic, it shouldn’t be a daily driver, but it could definitely be a fun project to try with some friends.
The perks of percolator bongs
While traditional bongs have basic down stems that simply filter the smoke through some water, bongs with percolators add some extra complexity with great benefits. Percolation is not just a cosmetic addition to your piece, but a functional smoke diffuser that enhances your smoke session and makes taking larger rips much easier.
While the smoke travels through all the percolators, its surface area increases and the smoke becomes less dense and less hot. With less surface area, the smoke is much lighter and more gentle on your lungs. And with a lower temperature, your throat and lungs will react less intensely to the inhalation, which will result in much less coughing.
