This was a great course with a lot of useful information. There is a lot of false info out there on the best ways to extract. This course sums it up for you. You will pick up a lot of great information in this course. Highly recommend!!!

I havent finished the course yet but Im enjoying all the new information. This is my 3rd Trichome Institute class and Im always impressed with the new information. I find the science of cannabis very intriguing and I can't wait to apply the new knowledge with my cooking style.

Chef Brandon Allen with the Trichome Institute has partnered with the American Culinary Federation to introduce the Cooking with Cannabis course. This course offers you the necessary knowledge to safely and effectively prepare and serve cannabis infusions. While this isn’t a cooking course, you can find recipes featured throughout. Instead, this is a technical cooking course about cannabis from the perspective of science, philosophy, and entertainment. The online course features 6.5 hours of video time, 2 hours of supplemental reading with an accompanying online workbook, 4 quizzes, and a 75 question multiple choice final exam. Upon completion of the course and passing of the final exam with a score of 80 percent or better you will receive a printable Certificate of Completion by the American Culinary Federation and Trichome Institute. American Culinary Federation members will also receive continuing educational hours. The intended audience includes chefs, cooks, sommeliers, bartenders, servers, hospitality professionals, event coordinators, caters, home cooks, foodies, and cannabis enthusiasts. This online course allows you the ability to pace yourself or dedicate a day to completing it. I would highly recommended the course to anyone interested in learning about cooking with cannabis.
