I read that this has tranquilizing effects so I ordered it to try. So, for me…. It had the complete oppoosite effect 😂. I took it and expected to drift off to sleep but I felt like I had drank a few energy drinks instead 😂. This is great for energy and a mood boost so although I needed something for sleep, I’ll still use this during the day ☺
