I take a sublingual infusion
I take a sublingual infusion of cbd, but it only lasts about 6 hours before knee pain awakens me. So I take a Sleepy Z gummie which kicks in a couple hours later and lasts until I wake up after 8 hrs of sleep. Works great!

Better sleep
These put me to sleep within a half hour, and I feel like I actually wake up rested. I do dream a lot but that is pretty normal for me so I’m not sure if it’s caused by the gummies. Will definitely keep these in my rotation as a replacement for melatonin supplements.

Peaceful dreams…
