I sleep so soundly when I take one of these. The taste is great. I would recommend to anyone that has trouble sleeping.

I have to say that I depend on them every night to help me fall asleep. Sometimes one will do it and sometimes 2 will do it but sometimes due to the stress in my life they do not always work but when they do I wake up feeling refreshed.

These have helped me to get a more restful sleep. The flavor has changed slightly from previous jars I've purchased, but they still taste good. I would recommend them.
