Green Roads’ Sleepy Z’s and Sleep Gummies are the WONDERFUL way that I’ve broken my habit of napping during the day because I haven’t slept the previous night! I take one gummy at about 15 minutes before sleeping, then relax and VOILA!!! Waking at my ‘normal’ breakfast time, relaxed and ready to start the day. My career as a Firefighter (with call FINALLY sleeping as I should!

These work almost as fast as taking an ambien but give me a more restful night sleep. They taste better now than they used to.

Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep!

Don’t seem to be working for me. In the past I’ve used gummies with THC, CBD and CBG which worked very well. So I was hopeful that the Sleepy Z’s would do the same but no such luck, in fact they maybe keeping me awake. I’m disappointed and out over $50 for two orders of Sleepy Z’s. Moreover, I’ve tried melatonin in the past with no luck as well. D Sleepy Z

Makes me sleepy while helping control nerve spasms in legs

I have not had luck with plain melatonin and have been unfortunately relying on antihistamines to help me sleep. These have worked EVERY NIGHT that i have taken them. No restless legs/jumpy feelings/etc that come with other sleep aides. no groggy days. Can't recommend enough!

As an arthritis and stenosis sufferer, this gummies help me go to sleep and aliviate my symptoms.

One gummy only lasts 4-6 hours so I usually take an additional half gummy when I wake up which lasts about 2 hours. I have no hang over sleepiness in the morning . I had previously been taking a prescription medication which is addictive and I was uncomfortable taking it for that reason. The gummy tastes good and works really fast .

While theses do work to help me sleep for me they like I accidentally got soap in my mouth. That’s not a good taste. If you don’t mind that they are helpful.
