Double the Dose
To start, I have tried multiple products from this company and overall they are really good! I’ve always had difficulty sleeping so I decided to try this gummies. This product is just okay, it didn’t make me sleepy with just one gummy. I recommend doubling the dose for the best results.

These have definitely helped me to go to sleep and to stay asleep longer. I have tried other brands that do not work as well. It is my recommendation that you give them a try. Just take dissolve one in your mouth about 30 minutes before you want to fall asleep.
