These are pretty good. However many of them were all melted together because UPS delayed my delivery numerous times. I am not sure I am getting the best this product has to offer at this point. Hopefully next time I will get a better selection.

Not sure if it's me or the Sleepy Zs, but I've been taking them for 4 months now. Never Had trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep was a BIG problem. I usually go to bed after the 11 PM news.
