Blissful Slumber
I have had major issues with falling asleep and staying asleep for many years. The first 3 nights using this were not good, but after that I’ve slept every night (unless my kids wake me😂). Even when I’m not home it has helped me sleep, which never happens.
Flavor is fine. Wouldn’t want sweet.
