The first night I slept like a stone, it was great. However the next couple of nights I couldn't get to sleep, even took 1 more but still didn't sleep. So it's been kind of an up and down situation with these gummies. The first night I took it, I slept like a rock. All night without waking up. However the following nights, I would fall asleep and then wake up 2 hr's later and be up all night. I also have a hard time falling asleep when my mind is racing. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or not and there isn't a stronger option. I order a second bottl Decent product
