Absolute Waste Of Money...
I tried this pill the night after I had trouble sleeping, thinking it would help. Unfortunately, it did not. I followed the directions, taking it 30 minutes before bedtime. After laying in bed for an hour, I was mentally exhausted, but physically feeling like I needed to move around and go somewhere, do stuff, etc.I woke up every hour or 2. It was Absolute Waste Of Money...
