I absolutely love these gummies and tell everyone about them. I usually take one gummy when I get home from work and it relaxes me to handle the hustle of life with children. About 1-2 hours before bed I take 2 more gummies. I don't ever feel high or not in control. I do feel super relaxed and focused.
