Taking 2...finally in evening has helped me get to sleep and stay asleep for 5 hours. I'm happy with that.

These were good for me when I woke up tired or didn't sleep long enough to function first thing in the morning. I only use these regularly for but definitely only once a day for me and only on the days I didn't sleep. Great product for energy boost in my opinion.

Love the way this strain makes me feel more than any other Lumi gummies I've tried. I like the flavor of the orange a little better, but this one is just a little more calming while also leaving me plenty energized and focused for daytime use. Really great for creativity and cooking.
