I was hoping to find
I was hoping to find some pain relief with these, I think they help with that, but they definitely keep me asleep at night, and I have taken prescribed medication for sleep as well as acetaminophen pm and melatonin. I still need melatonin to get to sleep, but I've pretty regularly been sleeping through
