If you are someone who is not a regular edible consumer then start with a full stomach, maybe take a quarter of a gummy and not drink alcohol? I did the opposite of what I suggested and it was not ideal 🤪 I was climbing Everest and diving deep into the ocean at the same time… one moment I was present with my friends and next second I was on top t You do you, Boo!
