Seriously helped me sleep after many nights of struggling to do so. It’s a really deep sleep which is also great. The taste is not awful but not great to be honest. For how effective it is I don’t mind. Will be re-purchasing.

Finally, a product that really works for my sleep issues!
I have a terrible problem with falling and staying asleep. My doctor has prescribed Ambien as well as other sleep meds which generally only let me sleep 5 hours or less. Since taking the Full Spectrum Restful Night Bites I am happy to say I am sleeping much better, usually 8 hours! I will continue to purchase these.
