Love, love!
Love these! I sleep about 10-11 hours when I take 1/2 the dose. I weigh about 120 lbs so I find that half is perfect for a work night. I have taken an entire Bite but reserve that for the weekends. I am in love with these! Does anyone know if this is allowed on flights? I’d love to take them when I’m traveling for work as I’m finding that as I age Love, love!
