Helps me rest but doesn’t keep me asleep

It does not seem to keep me asleep for more than 3 hours though...that is taking 2 gummies

The product is ok. I'm still not able to sleep thru the night. It's been a problem of mine for decades. Also the dry mouth side effect for me is a concern. My mouth felt like sand paper the next morning.

Decent for sleep, but not as strong as I would have liked.

A friend had these and loves them and I was buying the ones with the THC from the dispensary. I was thinking these would do the same and they are not quite strong enough even having one and a half per night for sleep, I’m waking up wide awake at 3:30 for a couple of hours. These gummies helped me fall asleep, but within four hours I was wide awake again. Really disappointing.

I think these are less effective for helping with sleep than they used to be. I might sleep for a few hours but then I’m wide awake and dehydrated. I believe the formulation may have changed.
